2. How was your professional development at FMS?

FMS marked my entry into the professional world after a gap year post my studies. Initially focused on import shipments, my role evolved to encompass a broader range of tasks. Over three years, I progressed to become a Team Leader for our General Cargo department. Subsequently, due to an internal restructuring merging the Paper and General Cargo departments, my title transitioned to Team Leader of the Container Department.
