How many employees work at FMS Nuremberg?
In 2015 we started with a new setup at the Nuremberg branch and are constantly growing. Today we are 11 employees.
Are there any staff events at the Nuremberg branch?
Yes! We have planned a little surprise in autumn to welcome our new employees who came "on board" during the past months. Further, we always start the Christmas season with a visit to the world-known Christkindlemarkt in Nuremberg and also have a Christmas team party in December.
What kind of jobs are there at FMS Nuremberg and what are typical tasks?
The Fr. Meyer's Sohn Nuremberg team currently consists of the Branch Manager, a Business Development Manager, a Department Manager, four import and three export seafreight Operators as well as one airfreight Operator. Our operational team handles all tasks starting with the quotation creation over the processing of orders up to billing. We have very competent colleagues located in Hamburg who we are in daily contact with. Therefore we have access to the Hamburg port, the warehouse, the authorities and shipping companies. This setup allows us to offer an incomparable direct, fast and personalized service for our customers.
