3 Questions to Oscar Prima, PT. FMS Logistics Indonesia | Surabaya

1. What is your job at FMS?

I am a Business Development Manager Eastern Indonesia.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

So far I have enjoyed working at FMS and have been able to expand my understanding and knowledge in the export and import industry. I was previously employed by a shipping company and now I have the opportunity to develop into a professional in the forwarding industry at FMS. The forwarding industry is very complex and I am motivated to learn a lot and to give my best.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?

The fact that it is a family-owned global freight forwarding company makes FMS a great employer for me, as I appreciate the family approach and the flat hierarchical structure. This leads to the fact that each employee can work independently and efficiency is increased.
