1. What is your job at FMS Surabaya?

I am currently working as an Operation Executive, responsible for managing all export and import documentation and providing information services to customers.

2. What has your professional development at FMS been?

In my current position, I have experienced significant personal growth, particularly in my ability to handle various types of customers. Each customer has a unique personality, set of needs, and challenges, which requires me to be responsive and make quick, effective decisions. Through this role, I’ve learned to manage multiple issues simultaneously without compromising the quality of service. This has trained me to be more focused, organized, and capable of handling work pressure efficiently. By consistently delivering optimal service and appropriate solutions, this experience has not only boosted my confidence but also motivated me to continue growing and contributing meaningfully to the company.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?

Here, I feel a warm and supportive atmosphere between divisions. FMS also recognizes employee achievements, which motivates us to continue contributing. This makes FMS an ideal place to work.
