New places, an exciting working environment and a variety of tasks – working as a truck driver at FMS

Our Overland departments in Luebeck and Hamburg are responsible for the complete processing of the overland transport.

With more than 40 trucks of, our fleet has grown steadily in recent years. We pay attention to modern vehicles of different brands, because good quality is also very important to us.

Our truckers are responsible for a diverse range of goods. Their tasks also include the appropriate loading and off-loading. To ensure the correct cargo securing our truckers are experts in this field. Paper rolls, construction materials or beverages - we care about your goods to make sure that they safely reach their destination. Therefore our truckers are trained for all tasks that are part of cargo securing: 

  • Monitoring the permitted dimensions and axle load
  • Implementation and control of security measures
  • Regular inspections on tour, e.g. tighten securitybelts

 

Compliance with all legal requirements should be a given. Because of our comprehensive knowledge on traffic regulations, border and customs formalities, we are experts for all kind of routes, whether they are national or international.
