There are regular staff events at the Jakarta branch. For those who accidentally talk in Bahasa Indonesian, there is a fine which we will use it to buy some snacks and enjoy it while having small talks about the day. This year (2025) we had our 10th year anniversary dinner at the same hotel where we had our very first Christmas dinner to remind us how we started and cherish all the old memories together. We also had our 2023 Christmas dinner on the 51st floor restaurant of the famous hotel in Jakarta.

Finance related such as: Data entry, AR/AP collection & control, Taxes, IC & Bank Recon etc.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

I started at FMS in 2017 as a temporary staff member for 3 months. After that I was promoted to Accounting Executive with a 3 month probation before finally becoming a permanent employee. Then in 2023 I got a further promotion to Senior Accounting Executive. At first, I only handled filing and data entry. Now the company trusts me to handle the intercompany & bank reconciliation, taxes, AR/AP collection & reconciliation.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?

I have learned a lot from FMS. FMS is a workplace where we can be ourselves, people support each other and we can grow together both personally & professionally. It’s a place where we work seriously but at the same time have a lot of fun. The thing that really stands out about FMS is the ownership and the sincerity from all the FMS employees. We really put our customer first and go all out for them. Personally, I think this is the best value that we have.
