Our Ho Chi Minh City branch currently has a team of 13 colleagues working together to provide reliable service for our customers.

Are there any staff events at the branch?

Yes, team spirit is very important to us. Every month, we host a “Happy Hour” to celebrate birthdays and team achievements. During the festive season, we organize special Christmas activities. In the past, we had a cookie-baking workshop, and this year the team will go bowling together.
Our annual Year-End TET party has also become a well-loved tradition, with a team dinner followed by a party. These activities bring us closer, give us moments to laugh together, and strengthen our team.

What kind of jobs are there at the branch and what are typical tasks?

The FMS Ho Chi Minh branch focuses on Ocean Freight operations.
Our Operations Team handles import and export shipments from A to Z, ensuring smooth communication and reliable services. The Sales Team develops new business opportunities in Ocean and Air Freight, with a strong focus on value-added services. Finally, the Finance & HR Team supports daily operations and the well-being of our employees.
Together, we combine expertise, efficiency, and teamwork to deliver consistent, first-class logistics services.

1. What is your job at FMS?

I’m a Customer Service Representative in Operations at FMS HCMC, coordinating shipments and ensuring client requirements are met. I enjoy the dynamic environment, where teamwork helps us deliver reliable results every day.

2. How was your professional development at/before FMS?

Before joining FMS HCMC, I built a solid academic foundation in logistics and operations. At FMS, I’ve been able to apply that knowledge in practice and continue to grow through on-the-job learning and professional training. The company provides a supportive environment where development is encouraged, and employees are given the tools to improve their skills and confidence. Working here has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?
