The three locations in Boras (close to Gothenburg), Norrköping and Helsingborg will be connected to the global logistics company's network.
For customers and business partners there are hardly any noticeable changes in the operational business in the course of the acquisition. The managing directors, Jonas Olofsson and Henrik Bengtson, will continue to serve the clients and manage the company.
