My career at Fr. Meyer's Sohn

I’m proud to be part of the Fr. Meyers Sohn Group, which I consider as a family. Shortly after the office in Brazil opened I started as an Export Analyst long ago. With a lot of hard work, team spirit, proactivity and tirelessly seeking to do more and better for this company, following company's stances and values, I recently became Interim Managing Director of FMS Sao Paulo. I am glad to know that at FMS, talents and efforts are recognized and you get the chance to learn and work with some of the best every day.

Our Stance

Family cohesion defines FMS. We are treated as family members. The daily work routine is pleasant because we respect and support each other.

Logistics is a global business; therefore, it is important to be open-minded and respect different cultures and traditions. We at FMS are happy to be part of such colorful diversity.

Each of us deserves a little superhero badge because we stand up for, support, and actively help our colleagues, customers, and business partners every day.

I can contribute my own ideas and even try new things sometimes. This enables me to develop myself further so I enjoy demonstrating my willingness to perform.

We find the proper balance between our customers’ needs and our suppliers’ limitations, enabling us to establish sustainable relationships with both. This has generated good business for our company at a global level. That is why we have been one of the top sea freight forwarders since 1897.

We are always willing to listen to customers, partners, and colleagues, which to me is what makes a partnership.

We assume responsibility in the form of ecological and social obligations as well as honorary work in the works council, the working committee, or our association football team.

We take responsibility for our tasks and activities – no matter the level, no matter the size.
