I am currently working as an Operation Executive, responsible for managing all export and import documentation and providing information services to customers.

Each customer has a unique personality, set of needs, and challenges, which requires me to be responsive and make quick, effective decisions. Through this role, I’ve learned to manage multiple issues simultaneously without compromising the quality of service. By consistently delivering optimal service and appropriate solutions, this experience has not only boosted my confidence but also motivated me to continue growing and contributing meaningfully to the company.
