3 Questions to Flora Wu | FMS Qingdao

1. What is your job at FMS Qingdao?

I am Flora Wu, OP Manager of FMS Qingdao. My main task is coach and supervise the OP team, make sure the customer service qualified, listening Customer complain, maintain and improve SOP, sales support and little bit procurement.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

I feel I will learn more during my FMS time. I used to work in a local company so the culture is totally different from local company and FMS, I am trying to know how to work with the colleauges from different countries, and there are some new job like air import, break bulk which I never touch before, I am gald to know more knowledge in logistics with FMS.
