3 Questions to Ryan Kasper | FMS Houston

1. What is your job at FMS Houston?

My role is import operations. I assist in handling import sea freight and drayage. In addition I also work in pricing, warehousing, and domestic trucking.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

My development has been outstanding. Prior to joining FMS I did not have much freight forwarding experience. I have been able to learn the industry from great leadership as well as the day to day experience working with our customers.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?

I enjoy working at FMS because I am encouraged to be myself. We have a professional environment where our individual desks are treated as “mini business”. We take pride in successful and profitable operations as well as the relationships with our customers. I believe that is an advantage against our competition.
