Fr. Meyer’s Sohn (FMS), the Hamburg-based global logistics company, announces that its Norwegian subsidiary, formerly known as Front Shipping AS, will operate under the name Fr. Meyer’s Sohn Norway AS. The name change marks another milestone in the integration following FMS’s acquisition of the Norwegian logistics provider in March 2026.
With three branches in Sweden and two in Norway, located in Oslo and Ålesund, FMS continues to strengthen its regional footprint and its ability to support customers with complex logistics requirements across Northern Europe and beyond..
Headquartered in Oslo, the Norwegian team brings established expertise in project logistics and container shipping to FMS. Combined with FMS’s international network spanning more than 35 countries, this expertise strengthens the company’s presence in Scandinavia and its ability to support customers worldwide.
