Bookings can be made directly via Cruise Control and converted into a shipment by FMS. The shipment-related communication is simplified by a messenger on the platform. A document function is also available. This means that both FMS and users on the customer side can define document categories, e.g. Commercial invoices and shipping lists, upload and start a correction process if necessary.
