How many employees work at the branch?
In present, our team has grown with 10 employees included Mr. Jan. This number is increased from 8 when we opened in June 2016 and we have plan to have 01 more within this year Are there any staff events at the branch? [HOANG]: Yes, we have happy hour each month for the staff's birthday celebration. Sometime our branch go out together after working hour for eating, drink and sing together . It makes us more closely as family, FMS family.
What kind of jobs are there at the branch and what are typical tasks?
In here we have Ocean Freight team handles all operation tasks in import & export with customer directly, we are providing to customer a best service from A - Z in forwarding business. On daily, we receive to customer's requirement, checking booking, approaching a competitive quotation, getting confirmation, processing documentation. Besides, we have two support teams in Finance & HR Admin, make sure everything working smoothly. And one more important, we have a Sale Department which Branch Manager is leading and responsible in developing business of our branch with one more BD executive.
