Sales | Business Development Manager (m/f), Full-Time, Surabaya

We are looking for support in our growing subsidiary located in Surabaya.
Job Description:
  • Identify new customers and business development areas in given and new market segments
  • Business development in ocean/air freight import/export and cross-trade
  • Business development in value added services (land operations/customs/warehousing)
  • Develop, manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Strengthen carrier relationships
  • Execute follow up actions on Sales Leads from overseas offices
  • Liaise with customers, FMS offices and overseas agents
  • Evaluate & monitor own P/L
  • Issuing of Sales Reports
  • Monthly / Quarterly KPI review
  • KPI setting with Management

 

Requirements:
  • Sales &Logistics background with at least 3 years working experience
  • Sales driven, committed, result orientated, pro-active
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication and relationship skills
  • Good presentation skills to engage client during presentations
  • Europe-, USA-, and/or Intra Asia trade lane experiences would be beneficial
  • Good bi-lingual capability English and Indonesian, both written and verbal is required
  • Applicants with Container Liner experience are welcomed
