Customer Service & Operations Executive – Ocean Freight (m/f), Full-Time, Singapore

We are looking for support in our growing subsidiary located in Singapore.
Job Description:
  • On-schedule handling of import/export shipments worldwide
  • Complete handling of B/L preparation and docs issuing
  • Follow-up of R/O's and P/O's
  • Managing business relationships with vendors / subcontractors
  • Preparing quotations and supporting tenders
  • Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide
  • Handling of complete export document processes
  • Preparing of customer statistics
  • Preparing P&L job files for month-end closing
  • Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problem-solving
  • Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management / Container Shipping Industry
  • Familiar in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
  • Knowledge of AMS/IFS filing, Export declarations, LC negotiation
  • Experience in Cross-Border Logistics is of added advantage
  • Good knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Strong command in English and Mandarin
  • Team player with proactive working attitude
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR only
